Most of Larnaca's main attractions like the Pierides Museum , Larnaca Medieval Castle , Larnaca Marina, and Larnaca Archaeological Museum are within a range of 5 minutes walk from our location. And all these, just 10 minutes away from the Larnaca International Airport.

Livadhiotis City Hotel is situated just 100 meters from the famous Larnaca Seafront (Phinikoudes Beach). Located in the heart of Larnaca town centre, it is surrounded by lots of great cafés, Pubs and restaurants. It is only 10 minutes away from the Larnaca International Airport and just a stone’s throw away from the towns main shopping and commercial centre.

The Hotel comprises of 58 newly renovated hotel rooms (fully renovated in 2006) furnished to a high standard.

Breakfast: Enjoy our Rich Continental buffet every morning which will make you feel right at home. Our delicious buffet is served daily from 8 am until 10 am at the ground floor Breakfast area.
Bar: Open 24 hours a day our well stocked Bar area is at your service ready to serve any customer that would like to relax with a few drinks before going to bed, or who wants to "warm up" before a long night of dancing in the beautiful city of Larnaca .
TV lounge/Cafeteria: Open 24 hours a day our TV Lounge is the place to go when you feel the need for some place quiet. Here you can relax by enjoying a hot or cold beverage in a friendly atmosphere. Our calm environment can help you gather your thoughts together, have a conversation with friends or have a business meeting. If you cancel your reservation up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If you cancel your reservation 30-8 days before date of arrival,25% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 7-4 days before date of arrival,50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 3 days or less before date of arrival,or in case of non-show,100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
