Villa Angeliki is 130sqm in size and suitable for 6 people. The one-storey house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main entrance is on the raised ground floor. There is a large open-plan living/dining area with an attractive seating corner with two sofa beds, fireplace, TV, CD-player/radio recorder, and a dining table. The open kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and well equipped with a full size cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle. The bedrooms are reached via three steps from the living area. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower/WC and a balcony with garden view. There are two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub/WC and washing machine. Facilities include a fan available upon request.
Attractive views over the sea and the landscape can be enjoyed from the covered veranda, leading off the living room. From the veranda some steps lead down to the beautiful garden with barbecue and the attractive 40sqm rectangular swimming pool.
The nearest tavern is approximately 300m away, while a mini market can be found at approximately 500m distance. The villages of Maleme and Platanias are approximately 3km away and offer a large variety of shops and tourist amenities. The town of Chania is approximately 15 km away. Car hire is recommended.

Location

Villa ANGELIKI is a lovely villa with three bedrooms and private pool, which is located near the village of Gerani, 15 km west of the town of Chania. The villa is set in beautiful grounds with grassy landscape, among olive trees. A pool area and a barbecue in the courtyard of villa are provided.
The villa is very beautifully decorated and designed, with comfortable furnishing. Amazing sea views are offered from the terraces and the interior of villa.
The guests can find many shops, bars and tavernas in the nearby village of Gerani, as well as beach sports and intense nightlife in the nearby resort of Platanias (3 km to the east). The sandy beach is located 500 m away from the villa.

Rooms

The ground floor of the villa Agelica consists of an open plan living room (with TV, Dvd, Cd), a dining  room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle.
One double bedroom with ensuite shower room, and two twin bedrooms with balconies are provided on the upper ground floor. Common bathroom with washing machine is offered.
From the living area there is an access to the large shaded  terrace with outdoor furniture and magnificent sea views. The guests can enjoy a lovely swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas around it. A barbecue place, parking and a shower are also provided. Amazing views to the sea and surroundings are offered from the terraces, balconies and the interior of villa. Finally, the lovely sandy beach is located 500 m away from the villa.
