Villa Annio is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa with private pool, located near the village of Gerani, 15 km west of the town of Chania. The villa is set in private lawns with lush gardens and a grassy landscape. There is a private pool area and a barbeque in the courtyard of villa.
The interior of villa is very bright and airy and designed with quality and comfort. Magnificent views are offered from the terraces and the interior of villa.
The guests can find many shops, bars and tavernas in the nearby village of Gerani and more facilities and sports in the lively resort such as Platanias (3 km to the east). The sandy beach is located 300 m away from the villa.

Location

Gerani is a seaside, quiet village which is built along the old national road, 15 km west of Chania. The inhabitants call it ‘Palaio Gerani’, meaning ‘Old Gerani’, in order to distinguish it from the coastal settlement of ‘Ano Gerani’, meaning ‘Upper Gerani’, which is located one kilometer to the south.
The centre of the village is quite widespread and it is built around the cross point of the provincial road to Modi with the old National Road. All the amenities are provided here.
One very important characteristic of the village is the small river which passes through it to the sea. The word ‘Gerani’ comes from the way the locals were pumping water from the swallow waters 500 years ago.
The long sandy beach on the north of the village gains every year the Blue Flag; it is partly organised (not crowded) and provides all kind of facilities such as sun-chairs, umbrellas, showers, W.C. and sea sports. The blue of the sea joins with the blue or starry sky in calmness and passion.

Rooms

The ground floor of Villa Anni consists of an open plan living room with TV, Dvd,  Cd, sofas, a dining table and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
The upper ground floor of the villa offers one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, as well as two twin bedrooms with balconies. Another bathroom with washing machine is also available on this floor.
The villa Anni can accommodate up to six guests. All the bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The interior of villa is very bright and airy and designed with quality and comfort. The guests can enjoy lush gardens, a grassy landscape and a few olive trees in the courtyard of the villa. A nicely shaped swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a barbeque are provided. Private parking is also offered.
Magnificent views to the sea, the gardens and surroundings are offered from the balconies, terraces and the interior of villa. In the end, the lovely sandy beach is located 500 m away from the villa.
