The villa is set in large groves with flourishing gardens and grassy landscape, among olive and bamboo groves. A great pool area and a barbecue corner are provided in the courtyard of the villa.
Lovely views to the sea and the countryside are offered from the balconies and the interior of villa.
The ground floor of the villa Ilion consists of a spacious open plan living room with fireplace, tv, cd player, seating corner with sofas, a dining corner and a fully equipped kitchen. Fridge/freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle are provided. Washing machine, safe box and air-condition are offered.
From the French door of this floor there is access to the covered terrace  with outside furniture overlooking the pool.
The guests can relax among the flourishing gardens in a grassy landscape with olive and bamboo trees, beautiful bushes and flowers. A lovely swimming pool and barbeque corner are provided. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also offered.
Amazing sea and countryside views from the balconies of the villa and the pool area create a very relaxing atmosphere and will make your stay unforgettable.

Location

Villa Ilos is a beautiful modern villa with four bedrooms and private pool, located near the village of Gerani, 15 km west of the town of Chania. The guests can find many shops, bars and taverns in the nearby village of Gerani and more facilities and sports in the lively resort such as Platanias (3 km to the east). The sandy beach is located only 400m away from the villa.    
Gerani is a seaside, quiet village which is built along the old national road, 15 km west of Chania. The inhabitants call it ‘Palaio Gerani’, meaning ‘Old Gerani’, in order to distinguish it from the coastal settlement of ‘Ano Gerani’, meaning ‘Upper Gerani’, which is located one kilometer to the south.
The centre of the village is quite widespread and it is built around the cross point of the provincial road to Modi with the old National Road. All the amenities are provided here.
One very important characteristic of the village is the small river which passes through it to the sea. The word ‘Gerani’ comes from the way the locals were pumping water from the swallow waters 500 years ago.
The long sandy beach on the north of the village gains every year the Blue Flag; it is partly organised (not crowded) and provides all kind of facilities such as sun-chairs, umbrellas, showers, W.C. and sea sports. The blue of the sea joins with the blue or starry sky in calmness and passion.

 

Rooms

The villa Ilos can ideally accommodate eight guests. The ground floor of the villa consists of one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor the guests can find three more bedrooms, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower) and a Mountain View balcony, as well as two twin bedrooms with a common bathroom and a balcony with sea views and glimpses of the nearby hotel.
The bedrooms have nice furniture and they are fully air conditioned.
