Location

Futura Hotel is a modern complex situated on the main road in the quiet coastal village of Maleme. The hotel is rated 4 stars. It is situated on the north western side of the island, which has much greenery, many beautiful beaches and is also known as the wine district of Chania.

Rooms

The hotel accommodation comprises of studios and apartments.
The studios are a one bedroom suite with a couch/sofa bed in the living room, suitable for two persons and a child under 12 years and with full kitchen facilities .The apartments are a large two roomed suite. The bedroom has two single beds and the lounge has one or two full size couches or sofa beds. The lounge area has kitchen facilities as well as a dining table. Most apartments have small gardens although some have balconies.
All the rooms are modern in design with marble floors and are equipped with air conditioners/heaters, safes, television, hairdryers, two music channels, direct dial telephones, a fridge and kitchen facilities.
We do offer baby cots and a folder spare bed for emergency guests on request.

Food & Beverage

You can have a perfect meal at our hotel restaurant. We serve traditional Cretan and mediterranean food, typical Greek dishes and a variety of others, carefully selected from our menu. We also  serve a variety of good steaks and seafood. We have a buffet breakfast as well as a buffet dinner. (Eat as much as you like). We also seve a selection of local bottled wines,  combined with salads and good Greek music in pleasant and friendly surroundings that will make you feel at home. A meal at our hotel restaurant is an unforgettable experience.

Should you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:

    * 14 days or more before your arrival - there are no cancellation fees.
    * 13-7 days before your arrival - 1 night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
    * 6-1 days before your arrival - 50% of the total amount will be charged for as a cancellation fee.
    * Non-show 100% of the total amount will be charged for as a cancellation fee.
    * Departure before the scheduled departure date - the full amount for all the nights will be charged.
