Exterior facilities
Fresh water exterior pool
A pleasant alternative to the nearby beach is the fresh water exterior pool right in the heart of the lush garden – there you can either be active swimming your rounds or just lying and relaxing in the sun and perhaps later have a drink at the adjacent pool bar. Surrounded by a large lawn for sunbathing, with many palm-trees and tamarisks to offer shade, you can simply enjoy the day.
Fresh water children’s pool
Our little friends will love the adjacent children’s pool.
A lot of deckchairs and umbrellas around the pool and all over the lawn are at your disposal free of charge.

Heated indoor swimming pool with whirlpool
For those of you who don’t want to miss their swim during the somewhat cooler days in the spring and autumn, there is the heated indoor swimming pool. Also you can have a luxuriously warm whirl-bath – relaxation and revitalization will be guaranteed!

Amphitheatre
An important everyday meeting point for our guests is the amphitheatre, which is found at the edge of our huge garden.
Every evening there is great entertainment on stage for the young and for those who feel young. Crazy shows and an entertaining evening program make sure that everybody has lots of fun even at night.

Mini market
Next to the amphitheatre there is a shop with all those little things, which one would not like to do without during the vacation: newspapers, magazines, books, sweets, snacks, cosmetics, cigarettes, beverages… and much more.

Location

Our 4-star all inclusive holiday resort ANISSA BEACH & VILLAGE is the ideal place for all of you who wish to spend their holiday on the beach, in a peaceful environment with nice gardens, away from the stress and the hectic pace of everyday life.
Our hotel is located on the northeast coast of Crete, 22 km east of the international airport of the capital city Heraklion directly on a very inviting natural sandy beach of the coast of Anissaras, which stretches out between the small village Analipsis to the quite vibrant holiday resort Hersonissos at a distance of 4 km.
Our spacious hotel resort is built in the midst of a lovely, well-groomed, blossoming Mediterranean garden. Here the lawns with the palm trees and the tamarisks invite you to a perfect relaxation. Nearby there are many lovely taverns, coffee shops, bars and various shops.

Accommodation
In our 310 rooms, which are spread over two buildings with two floors each, you will feel at home right away, since all our rooms have been completely renovated during the winter 2006/2007 and refurnished with love and care.
The high-quality furniture and the friendly decoration of each room reflect a natural elegance and offer our guests a stylish ambiance.
All rooms have a balcony or a veranda, some with a sea view, others with a garden view. The air conditioning system in the rooms operates from July to Septembers, 24 hours a day and can be adjusted individually.
Standard-double rooms
Further, each room is equipped with a double bed, safe against payment, direct telephone, mini refrigerator, modern bathroom with bath tub / shower, WC and hair dryer. Also a television set with international satellite programs and music channel are at your disposal free of charge, so that you are always ahead of the news.
Superior-double rooms
The Superior-double rooms are all in privileged location with the same amenities as the Standard-double rooms.
In addition, guest of Superior category rooms enjoy the following special services included in rates:
As a welcome drink upon arrival a bottle of chilled sparkling wine in the room
Use of bathrobe and bedroom slippers in the room
Daily refilling of your mini-bar with beer, soft drinks and bottled water

Then you would like to have them as close as possible especially at night. For you we have special family rooms.
These spacious rooms are ideal for the accommodation of a family of up to 4 persons.
Superior - Family room
The superior family rooms have a parents’ and a children’s bedroom with two beds each and a connecting door, seating facilities and a common bathroom. Each bedroom has its own television and air conditioning. The rooms with a garden view have a veranda and the rooms with a sea view have a balcony.
Otherwise the equipment is the same as in the double room.
Additional information
For the accommodation of your child or a third adult in the double room our armchair turns quickly and easily into a comfortable bed and for babies we provide special cradles.
Please note:
Maximum occupancy in double room is 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child or 1 infant (up to 2 years).
Check-In & Check-Out
Your room is available for you from 13:00 o'clock! In response we ask of you to hand over the room key at the reception at 12:00 o'clock of your departure day, so that we can get it ready for the next guest and to make them feel as welcome as you did.

Lobby Bar & Lobby Lounge
Relaxing ambiance along with a wonderful view over our Mediterranean garden and the endless blue of the sea – a most atmospheric setting!
The lobby bar with a panorama terrace is the ideal place to end a refreshing day in a most agreeable way.
The bar serves various cocktails as well as alcohol-free beverages and offers them in its interior and exterior area, which can accommodate 360 guests.
Have a seat right by the bar, since to see is as important as to be seen, or enjoy the light evening breeze with a drink on the panorama terrace.
In the lobby lounge you can simply relax in one of the cosy nooks while watching the activities that take place in the heart of the hotel.

“Pergola” Main restaurant
In our "Pergola" main restaurant traditional hospitality and a harmonious atmosphere are waiting for you. From the adjacent exterior area of the restaurant you have a wonderful view to our idyllic garden.
Start the day with a rich buffet breakfast and choose your dinner amongst Mediterranean, local and international dishes to suit your own taste and appetite from our varied sumptuous buffet.
Our friendly personnel provides beverages at the table for your (for breakfast: filter coffee, cocoa, tea, juice; for dinner: wine, beer, alcohol-free soft drinks).
For our little guests there are high chairs available.
On Sundays we spoil you by serving at breakfast a glass of sparkling wine and freshly baked crêpes.
For all the early risers we offer a continental early-bird-breakfast from 04:30 o'clock – to 07:00 o'clock.

“La Veranda” Restaurant
The "La Veranda" restaurant, at the main pool serves at lunchtime tasty salads, appetizing hors-d'oeuvres, pasta as well as local and international dishes in buffet style. To drink you can choose among water, table wine, draught beer and alcohol-free beverages.
In the shady exterior area there are many seats for an enjoyable lunch.
In the afternoon everybody meets here over a cup of fresh filter coffee or tea, pastry and ice cream for an extended coffee / tea time.

Open-air tavern
You can’t think of a bon-viveur-vacation without a special dinner.
Have a seat in our open-air tavern, which in the framework of the all-inclusive package, invites you on mild summer evenings once a week to dine in the open.
A typically Greek hors-d'oeuvre plate, the so-called "mezedes" will start your evening, as main course you can help yourself from our grill specialties with delicious side dishes and to end the lovely evening there is a heavenly dessert.
To accompany your dinner you can choose from a selection of bottle wine (not included), as well as local wine, draught beer and a variety of refreshments.
Enjoy a romantic, candlelight evening with the colourfully sunset taking your breath away.

Start your day with an all-inclusive rich and healthy breakfast. Help yourself from the buffet to fresh bread and rolls, a variety of sausages and cheese, cold and warm meals, fruits, mueslis, yogurt, jams, cakes and pastries.
In the evening you can choose from a large variety at the buffet. We offer a varied selection of regional and international dishes.
The following beverages are served in the morning and in the evening with the meals:

Please note:
• There is no refund for missed meals
• The use of the hotel facilities and the use of inclusive sport activities is at our guests’ own risk. Any obviously damaged equipment will be paid for by the guest who caused the damage
• The hotel bears no responsibility for sport facilities, sport services and offers, which cannot be used or carried out due to bad weather conditions or for any other reason
• Alcoholic beverages are not served to persons under 18 years

How does it work?
Upon arrival in the hotel you get a bracelet, which you have to wear to identify you as an all-inclusive guest at any time during the stay. Persons under 18 years receive a bracelet of different colour. Upon departure this bracelet must be returned to the reception.
You can make use of the all-inclusive package until checking out (i.e. 12:00 o'clock) on your departure day. If your transfer should be earlier than 12:00 o'clock there is no refund.

Extras:
• Honeymooners will find a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket in their room on arrival
• Guests who stayed with us before get a bottle wine and a fruit basket
• For silver and golden wedding anniversaries a bottle of sparkling wine
• For birthdays there is a cake for the children and a bottle of sparkling wine for the adults
• Upon request and in consultation with the service and the kitchen we can also offer diabetic and gluten-free meals

If you cancell your reservation up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If you cancell your reservation 20-14 days before date of arrival,the first night will be charged.
If you cancell your reservation 13-7 days before date of arrival,50% of the total amount will be charged for as a cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days before your arrival or if you depart before the scheduled departure,- 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
