Villa Roumeli: is a 100sqm two story home built of stone, which may hold up to eight persons. The home is beautifully designed with a unique outdoor layout perfect for an enjoyable summer or winter stay with your family and friends. When entering the ground level the home includes a one of the three roomy bedrooms with a double bed and a private balcony, a small bathroom, a special storage closet for any of your private necessities, a fully loaded kitchen, and a comfortable sitting area with a couch that turns into a bed for an extra house guest. The home is made for your moments of private time and the moments of excitement and fun filled days.
The second floor of the villa contains the other two bedrooms and a large bath. The one bedroom includes a double bed and the other two single beds, but the most important feature is the private balconies with a view of the private pool and the scenery of the mountains.
The outdoor area of the villa is an exceptional design with a blooming garden, green grass, and the refreshing 4x7pool. The pool is made for adults and children because of the different depths, one side of the pool is 1.4 meters and the other is .90 meters deep. Surrounding the pool area is a great barbecue for those fun-filled entertaining parties with your friends or even for a quiet afternoon lunch. In front of the home there also includes a garage if needed for a rent a car and a mini shower. A maintenance service is included to freshen up the home twice a week; it’s like a hotel but with your own private space. Overall, the villa is made of quality for the luxury deserved and relaxing moments for a vacation well in need.
