This newly built stone villa is situated in a peaceful spot in the village of Prines, boasting beautiful views of the White Mountains and spectacular sunsets in the evening.
The village itself has a few tavernas and shops, however the larger resort of Rethymnon is just 7km away where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars.
Villa Aloe consists of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds, each having its own balcony looking out onto the countryside.
One of the bedrooms (twin bedroom), is in the basement level and has its own bathroom with shower.
There is an additional bathroom upstairs comprising of a full bath and washing machine. Also on the first floor there is a large terrace area.
The villa has its own large swimming pool surrounded by plant filled gardens.
The insde of the villa boasts a large lounge area with open fireplace, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
A car is considered essential.
