The Hotel DIMITRIOS VILLAGE is a complex of 4 star accommodation and is situated in the very quiet Area of Missiria which is only approximately 2,5 km from the center of Rethymnon and only a few meters from the Sea. The accommodation comprises of 93 different Studios, double apartments and Suites, all with satellite connection, Telephone, Safe, Air-conditioning, Toilet, Bath and Hairdryer. All Rooms have Balconies or Verandas with a view of the Sea or the Swimming Pools and Garden.
The two Swimming Pools plus a children's Pool are close to the gardens, providing a relaxing Atmosphere for all one Guests. The Hotel is suitable for Families with Children and couples of all Age Groups. The Reception operates 24 hours a day and from 07.00 am until 23.00 PM you can receive any service or Information you require to make your stay more enjoyable.

ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS
The apartments comprise of two separate room's kitchen-sitting room and I bedroom. The kitchen sitting room includes 2 bed settees for extra people, electric cooker with 4hot plates And oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, crockery cutlery and cooking utensils. The bathroom comprises of bath, shower, telephone, and hairdryer. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a radio, tv with satellite connection, telephone and safe.
SUITES
The suites are designed in a maisonette style. The kitchen-sitting room is situated on the first floor. With 2 bed settees for extra people, electric cooker with 4 hot plates and oven, fridge, kettle, coffee Machine, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a toilet with water massage, telephone and hairdryer. The bedroom is situated on the second floor with it-sown toilet and shower. The suite is aircondinitioned and has a radio, TV with satellite connection, telephone and safe.

Food & Beverage

At our Restaurant (Situated at the side of one of the Swimming pools with an uninterrupted View of the Cretan Ocean). You can enjoy a relaxing Breakfast and Evening meal (Buffet Style). At midday we provide a full a la Carte Menu, which you can enjoy after having swam in the clean Blue Sea and walked along our fine sandy Beaches. Art Night time however if you decide to go for a Moonlight swim you must be Careful not to disturb the Sea turtles Careta Careta which are nesting near by.

1st child 0-12,99 years old is FREE of charge together with 2 adults in the same room all seasons.
2nd child 0-12,99 years old has 50% reduction of the 1 adults price all seasons.
3rd adult,has 30% reduction of the 1 adults price all seasons.
4th adult,has 50% reduction of the 1 adults price all seasons.

If you cancell your reservation up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If you cancell your reservation 20-14 days before date of arrival,the first night will be charged.
If you cancell your reservation 13-7 days before date of arrival,50% of the total amount will be charged for as a cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days before your arrival or if you depart before the scheduled departure,- 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
