Villa Despina is 120m² and consists of living / dining area with fireplace and open plan kitchen, three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms, is fully furnished and equipped as seen on the photographs, with air-condition in the living area and bedrooms, Television etc.
The outside area has next to the private swimming pool of 40m², several covered terraces and a covered BBQ area with bread-oven as well.
The Villa is set on land of 750m² with very nice views of the sea and the surrounding, well-maintained garden area with leisure terraces and private swimming pool.
The surrounding area of  the village has archaeological interest. There are many destinations easily reached as the ancient town of Elefterna (3km), the famous Monastery of Arkadi (10km), the cave in village Melidoni, many Byzantine churches and the old town of Rethymno.
In the village one can find very good taverns and mini market and in a distance of 7km, in the village of Stavromenos, you will also find sandy beach, shops, super markets, bars, restaurants and taverns. For those who look for more facilities, a big variety of shops, bank, post office, hospital, port are available in the Venetian town of Rethymno.

Location

Villa Despina is located in Skouloufia 18 km east of Rethymno, a historical village where you can still see ruins of Byzantine churches.You have easy access to the surrounding area and the beach and the village location is ideal overlooking the sea and the mountains too.
