22 days or more prior to the arrival date, no fee is charged
21 to 14 days prior to the arrival date, 33% of the total cost of the stay is charged
13 to 1 prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged
In case of no-show (no stay) or departure prior to scheduled date, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged
