Location

Anastasia Hotel & Apartments is situated on the outskirts of Kos Town only a stone's throw from the resort center nearby the nightlife of Kos and the historical sights of the old town.
The beach is approximately 800 m. away within a pleasant walking distance.
It is surrounded by mini-markets, cafeterias and restaurants.

Rooms

 The Anastasia Hotel has a variety of different rooms to choose from!
The total compound of the hotel consists of 2 buildings.
In the main building you will find the reception, the bar and a nice place to sit and rest by reading or watching T.V.
In the second bulding you will find the pool bar, the restaurant and the play room for you to have some fun!
In the one bedroom apartments can sleep up to 4 people (3rd/4th beds are single sofa beds) and the room contains 2 cooking rings, a fridge, hairdryer, radio, telephone,WC and a balcony or terrace.
In the twin rooms can sleep 2 people and they have private shower, radio, telephone, WC and balcony or terrace.

Supplements

In case of a short stay in this hotel, for 1 or 2 days, there is a supplement of 10% which will be added in the final price.

If you cancell your reservation up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If you cancell your reservation 13-7 days before date of arrival,the first night will be charged.
If you cancell your reservation 6-1 days before date of arrival,25% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In case of non-show or if you depart before the scheduled departure,- 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
