 Theonia Hotel, which is a three-star hotel of 92 beds in 48 rooms, lies in the North-west of Kos town, just 500 metres from the harbour and the centre.
It was all redecorated in 2003. It haw very quiet, clean and air-conditioned rooms furnished in very good taste. There are telephones, televisions, balconies, showers and hairdryers in each room.
The reception places like the sitting-room, the bar, the breakfast room and the open air swimming pool are all pleasant and clean places. The staff, all polite, friendly and smiling, is always at the client s disposal in what it is called (the familiar environment).

In case of a short stay in this hotel, for 1 or 2 days, there is a supplement of 10% which will be added in the final price.

If you cancell your reservation up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If you cancell your reservation 13-7 days before date of arrival,the first night will be charged.
If you cancell your reservation 6-1 days before date of arrival,25% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In case of non-show or if you depart before the scheduled departure,- 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
