Welcome to Seagull's Bay Village Hotel in Kos island.
Our wish to offer a different holiday option, something that would stand apart from the standardized large tourist units, led us to create a new chapter in the hospitality industry:
A real village spread over an area of 20.000 square meters of enchanting natural environment - free of any essential intervention - in Mastichari of KOS island.
The village covers an area of 20.000 square meters and is comprised of three “neighborhoods” (the Upper, Lower and Central neighborhood) that include : 18 three-story lodges - each with its own garden -, the hospitality hall, the reception area, the restaurant, the bar, the tea bar, the boutique, the library, the day care center, the massage and aromatotheraphy facility and the swimming pool.

Location

The village is located about 3 km from Mastichari, 3 km from Antimachia, 5 km from the airport and 26 km from the town of Kos.

Rooms

The village has 18 ground floor apartments of 55 square meters each and 18 maisonettes of 85 square meters that occupy the 2nd and the 3rd floor of each house, each having an independent entrance. Access between floors is provided by an internal staircase. Each loft has the capacity of accommodating 4 to 6 persons and is uniquely decorated. Each apartment has the capacity to accommodate 2 to 4 persons.

Maisonettes

Food & Beverage

The restaurant has a capacity of 100 persons. It is enclosed by large glass panes that allow guests to have a view of the sea from each and every table.
The decoration is based on a simple, traditional, island theme.The kitchen layout is such as to allow the arrangement of seminars on traditional local and Greek cooking as well as the preparation of homemade marmalades, spoon sweets and cheese. Breakfast is served in buffet from 7:30 until the 10:00 and includes: coffee, tea, milk, juice, cerials, croissan, butter, jam, cheeses, cold meat, eggs, fruits.

Lunch is served from 12:00 until 15:00 and it includes two menus with “the recipe of day” with two until three choices with home made traditional foods of Mediterranean Greek kitchen made with pur ingrediens of our own production, the children's menu and certainly the possibility to order from our various kataloge.

Dinner is served from 19:30 until 23:30 and follows the tactic of lunch.

If you cancel this reservation, please note the following cancellation terms:
For accommodation cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival of the guest from 1/5-30/6 & 1/9-31/10/10, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee of one (1) night.
For accommodation cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival of the guest from 1/7-31/8/10, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee of two  (2) nights.
If you depart before the scheduled departure,50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
