Livadhiotis City Hotel established in 1986 provides a pleasant and friendly atmosphere to its clients. It is a family run business and we are more than happy to give you our undivided attention and make you feel at home.
Most of Larnaca's main attractions like the Pierides Museum , Larnaca Medieval Castle , Larnaca Marina, and Larnaca Archaeological Museum are within a range of 5 minutes walk from our location. And all these, just 10 minutes away from the Larnaca International Airport.

Located in the heart of Larnaca town centre, it is surrounded by lots of great cafés, Pubs and restaurants. TV lounge/Cafeteria: Open 24 hours a day our TV Lounge is the place to go when you feel the need for some place quiet. Here you can relax by enjoying a hot or cold beverage in a friendly atmosphere. If you cancel your reservation up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If you cancel your reservation 30-8 days before date of arrival,25% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 7-4 days before date of arrival,50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 3 days or less before date of arrival,or in case of non-show,100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Ιf you depart before the scheduled departure, there is no refund.
