The villa is 200m2 and consists of 5 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 12 people.
It has two central entrances and is fully traditionally furnished.
The ground floor consists of a large room with two rooms in the middle. On the left there is the dining room, in the middle the fireplace and on the right the living room which is furnished with stonemade sofas.
In the kichen there is an old stonemade oven and also an electric oven, air oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
In the living room there is a cable TV. Next to the ground floor there is one bedroom 25m2 where the huge bed is made from the tranform of an old textile machine, and also a bathroom. The bathroom is 1,5 x 1.5 with jacuzzi.
Two interior staircases lead us to the first floor, where there are three attic rooms. The first is independent with double iron bed and a bathroom. The second consists of a living room with two sofa's 2,20m X 1.00m which also become beds. From the big window you can see the plateau. The third bedroom is a continuence from the second one but to another level and can also be used as dining room or as bedroom.
From the sitting room a door leads to the rest of the house. A large room 45m2 and a bedroom 16m2 with an iron bed. A stonebuild sofa can become a bed and another wooden sofa is also in the room. In the same room a bathroom is available and a kitchen with refrigerator and oven.
In the big room a ladder leads us to a balcony where the view to the landscape is outstanding.
Outside there is a big yard with a pergola with grape plants, a stonebuilt well, a sofa and a big stone sofa down of two trees.
On the terrace of the kitchen there is a barbegue.
Beside you can see the swiming pool 35m2 - 40m2.

washing machine and dishwasher
